While that takes a massive team effort, it's also a testament to the work put in by Peter and his colleagues in the operations team to ensure their homes have everything they need to be successful.

For Peter, and Colten, this includes increased use of software to eliminate painful and inefficient paper-based processes. Since joining in 2019, he has been an influential champion for new technologies, helping to successfully implement systems and processes for shift management and holiday booking.
