Sona wins at the Leaders In Care Awards 2022

Awards night MC Neil Eastwood said the award reflected the impact of our software, especially Shift Filler, on the ability of care homes to ensure smooth operations and high quality of care through efficient staffing and engaged teams.

This simply wouldn't be possible without the support of our amazing customers and investors and the hard work of our entire team.

What unites us is a passion to harness the power of technology to transform the future of care work, and we hope this honour is one of many as we make that vision a reality.

A special shout out to Angela Boxall of Majesticare who won the Sona-sponsored Leader of the Future award. As well as an inspiring leader, Angela continues to be a strong external advocate for the sector and is a Championing Social Care Ambassador.
